This secret Baltic hideaway on the Island of Muhu is a refreshing escape in a picturesque manor overlooking breathtaking coastline – with a fantastic restaurant serving Nordic Islands’ Cuisine. The history of Pädaste Manor takes us back to the 14th century - six centuries later Pädaste is delighted to offer a total of 24 rooms and suites, providing exquisite accommodation of inspired diversity and ranging from cosy rooms in the Carriage House to the grandeur of the Manor House. The estate is a haven of peace with wonderful places to relax and dream, yet it also inspires to exercise and explore, it invites to experience a very individual Pädaste Spa concept and finest dining options. Above all there is the ambience, the charm and the service expertise that can only be found in a privately owned hotel. You will be one of the privileged few. Executive chef Peeter Pihel and the team at Alexander Restaurant is proud to serve innovative Nordic Islands’ Cuisine, respecting the seasons and making maximum use of fresh local ingredients by working with the island’s producers and farmers, while many of the greens and herbs are grown in Pädaste’s own gardens and green houses. During June, July and August the Sea House Terrace Restaurant is an ideal venue for a delicious, leisurely lunch. The terrace overlooks the meadows towards the sea and is an idyllic place to watch the sun set over a glass of wine before dinner at the Alexander Restaurant.

Every year, the manor is closed from November till March for customary seasonal holiday.We can however be reached for inquiries and bookings during this period. Our offices are open from Monday to Friday from 9am till 7pm. During Pädaste Manor winter closure period, our retreat in the city welcomes you - Neh Restaurant in Tallinn.
